1. Services Overview

Rolling BBQ provides mobile catering services, delivering authentic BBQ food to various events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, private parties, and public events. Our website allows customers to learn about our services, view our menu offerings, and request quotes for catering services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of our services.

2. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use our website:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Rolling BBQ, a Rolling BBQ employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the website, or which may harm Rolling BBQ or users of the website

3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to our availability. When you submit a booking request through our website, this does not constitute a confirmed booking until we have contacted you to confirm availability and provided a formal quote.

For confirmed bookings, we require a deposit to secure your date. The amount of the deposit varies based on the event type and size. The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of the event, as specified in your booking agreement.

Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, electronic bank transfers, and other methods as specified in your booking agreement. All payments are processed securely through our payment processors.

4. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 30+ days before the event: Full refund of deposit
• Cancellations made 15-29 days before the event: 50% refund of deposit
• Cancellations made 14 days or less before the event: No refund of deposit

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your event, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

In the rare event that we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (extreme weather conditions, equipment failure, etc.), we will provide a full refund of any payments made.

5. Food Safety and Allergies

We maintain the highest standards of food safety and preparation. All of our staff are trained in food safety protocols, and we comply with all local health department regulations.

While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, our kitchen processes ingredients that contain common allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, and shellfish. If you or your guests have specific food allergies or dietary requirements, please inform us at the time of booking.

We cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens or other ingredients that may cause reactions in people with food sensitivities. Customers with severe allergies should be aware of this risk.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Rolling BBQ or our content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our website without our prior written consent.

The Rolling BBQ name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Rolling BBQ. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rolling BBQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Any other matter relating to our services

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim during the six (6) month period preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rolling BBQ, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or our services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Texas, in each case located in Austin, Texas. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the website thereafter.
